Unisa is BS

I have had the worst experience so far. I app**** for two semesters last year (2021). I was only registered for semester 2. ( I paid for both semesters). Finally able to do my Short Learning Programme, I had to send countless emails to various people at Unisa to get my prescribed learning material and Assignments. Finally I received Assignment 1 but no learning material. So I had to improvise to get Assignment 1 submitted. After assignment 1 was done and submitted, I sent countless emails again to get Assignment 2 uploaded. Three long weeks sending emails with only two emsils sent back to me. First reply, the facilitator assumed I was talking about another assignment, second reply told me the assignment will be uploaded by the end of the week. That was almost three weeks ago. I have finally received my second assignment, A DAY BEFORE IT NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED. It will take me longer than just less than 48 hours to learn, do and submit the assignment.
