UNISA is an absolute joke of a facility! They refuse to pay back money owed

Dealing with the UNISA finance department has been nothing short of an absolute joke!!

I've been trying to get a refund of money owed to me for almost a year and a half now.... I've followed every process they've suggested, which has ranged from sending through all the necessary documents to the finance email address, through to following it up with hours upon hours of call centre discussions. No call agent can actually even confirm my emails have been received by the finance department.

I've been to the physical campus to try that route and stood in ques for hours only to be asked to give my documents to them and wait 15 days for the refund to happen. Nothing has happened in almost a year and a half!!!

I've done everything asked! I wonder if when I was a student if i just decided not to pay fee's if they would be so ok with everything!!
