Unisa is a ****!

I had an online exam issue on the 7th of June 2020. I have been trying to sort it out by sending emails as instructed with screenshots of the issue and all of the other details asked. It is now March 2021, the issue is still unresolved and because the issue was with a year module, i have been unable to continue with my final year of studies. I have also mailed the details of my issue to Prof Keith Jacobs, to “Dr” Ntokozo Christopher Mthembu and various other Unisa staff. The responses varied between “contact exam department” and “please send details of your enquiry”. All of which made it clear that none of my emails were actually read and no action was to be taken to help my situation. Even on the day of the exam, during the exam time when I encountered the issue, I sent an email to the “Dr” Ntokozo Christopher Mthembu and he only responded the next day to say that I have missed the deadline and could therefore not help me, not considering that I’ve tried to get a hold of him and other people before the end of the deadline. Exam department only sends an automated response stating that they’d get to my issue in due time. But it’s been 9 months already?!? I have a job waiting for me which I can only get once I’ve completed my degree. Now, it looks like I will never be able to complete my degree unless I redo this year module, postponing the completion of my degree to one more year and ruining my chances of getting the job completely. 9 months have already made its impact! And redoing the module also cost money!

I wish i could sue Unisa for lack of income that this is causing me. And for taking my money but not offering student support. This is ridiculous, it’s like Unisa is the biggest **** I’ve ever come across. They have “doctors” working for them but these doctors can’t even read emails? Can’t even look at the date and time of an email and can’t do their job? What type of doctor is that? Sounds like Unisa is also giving out undeserved doctorate degrees. It must be a ****!
