UNISA is a *******!!!

I completed my B Compt degree in 1999. I failed CTA and since 3 years LAPSED I was told to rewrite my third year subjects again, which I did. I completed the rewrites in 2016 and registered for CTA Level 1 in 2016. UNISA’s online registration now states the I have completed 3 attempts and will not let me register. How is 2016 and 2017 three years? Do I now need to go back to secondary school to learn how to count? UNISA is a *******!!!
