UNISA is a joke, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

This is my second degree I am doing through UNISA. I am studying BA HONS PSY in counselling psychology, or I attempted it rather. I admit defeat, I have given up. I wrote all six of my final examinations last year (2017) for this degree. When my exam results were released I was shocked to my core. My previous degrees I got a Cum Laude at KOVSIES. With UNISA I can (apparently) not manage to write 20% worth of an essay. I requested remarking to be done. I was refused. I requested to have a second assessment opportunity and I was refused. Why? Because of student rules. Student rules state that when a student receives between 35-49% ONLY, they may apply for a remark. Supplementary exams are ONLY given when a student receives between 40-49%. I received exactly 50% for a module (PYC 4802) after an adjustment policy was app****. That means I did not receive a supplementary exam neither was I granted permission to get a remark for this module... But in actual fact I only earned 47% for this module!!! (Year mark +Exam aggregate) I have copies of every single one of my scripts so I cannot be disputed.... Honestly? My lecturer even defends UNISA's decision to deny me a remark and supplementary exam saying this adjustment policy is completely fair and ethical. I have already been to the OMBUDSMAN about my feelings concerning UNISA's ridiculous and pathetic student rules and policies concerning remarking and supplementary examinations..... NO RESPONSE. ZERO. Besides him stating that I should liaise with my lecturers, which I have done and absolutely no joy. Do not get me started with the fact that I never ever received any study material, nor exam correspondence via mail. NOTHING. I have submitted assignments for UNISA for which I received zero percent (they didn't understand my title page!) I have submitted an assignment online for UNISA five weeks late. without explanation. (And it was still "marked." ) UNISA failed me in PYC 4805 and PYC 4808, I submitted the exact same assignments the next year 2017... and got almost 15% difference in the marking assignments two and three. UNISA is a joke.
