UNISA is a joke.

I hate that I even need to give them 1 star. Service is pathetic and so are their system. I app**** for a degree initially in 2018 but was denied admission so I had to do Higher Certificate. This year I completed my certificate so I app**** for the degree. Admission was not granted. Don't ask me why. So I phoned them yesterday (was on hold for 2 hours) when someone eventually answered I explained the situation to her and she said she would escalate the matter- but I received no reference number or email which could confirm that I queried the matter. So I phoned this morning - held for and hour and a half, when someone answered they put me through to a different department and the call was ended. So I phoned back straight away and another lady answered, I explained once again the situation and she said she would escalate the matter. I asked her for proof via email that I have queried the matter and she said that's not how they work, I got impatient as it shouldn't be difficult to send an email and she ended the call right then and there. How does my certificate not pop up on their system when they look at my student number? Should previous qualification done on that student number via them pop up?

Point is they are ridiculous and due to their ****ty service and system I probably wont be able to start my degree next semester.
