UNISA is a **** up!

It's been 3months that I have been waiting for my refund. It is even enough that they messed up with my dates for my teaching practice now I must hear that I will have to wait longer to get my own money back. This is flippen ridiculous! I do not owe them a cent and yet I must wait on their *********** staff to still review my refund. What bull**** is this!!!!! Why change the refund process? In the past all you had to do was to their financial desk and your money is refunded to your card immediately. If I don't receive my money by the end of this month I will be going to the financial ombudsman to take it further.
