UNISA invigilation app(IRIs)failing the students

Unisa is not being considerate,there is a new invigilation protocol tool called IRIS app,this app is always having issues or technical cliches when we write exams abs students get penalised.i wrote a supplementary exam last year ,my results came as 'script rejected',they told me is because of not using the IRIS app and I have queries on the day about the difficulty I am encountering in accessing the tool.i have now registered the module ,I still experience the same issue as the module requires that we write online test using the same tool.now I did not submit test 2 and 3 because I run out of time trying to be on the tool and we only given an hour,so meaning I am going to fail the module again.i think we should go back to writing exams or test at venues.i am so frustrated because we are paying the fees for nothing ,we worry about the tool when we have 5o worry about passing the module.someone somewhere please assist because this is our future
