UNISA Incredible Service by Keitumetse

Hi There,

I just want to recomend Keitumetse for a friendly service. I called regarding my application which is not finalized with no clear status on myunisa plartform. She honestly did not give me much answers on my requests but she was friendly, potrayed attitude of wanting to assist, she also made me feel like she loves what she does. She gave me the cousellors number who can assist me and I got through to the counsellor.

It's very rare to get such a service ove the phone in this day and age, I hope UNISA notices such services and reward the dedicated accordingly. Big ups to you Keitumetse, we appreciate South African dedicated employees like you!!!
