Unisa.. *********** management and leadership

Unisa has apparently purchased a new IT system (no doubt some scandalous multi million rand deal). Their new IT system doesn't work at all. 340 000 students need to be registered for 2016, MANUALLY!! Guess how many Unisa staff members to assist this process in Parow, TWO!!... I have personally queued for an entire day, only to be sent home to repeat the process again. It's beyond a joke. I'm embarrassed to be studying through Unisa. Upper management at Unisa need their qualifications checked, or perhaps try applying for the correct qualifications through their own University. Incompetence at a new level.
