UNISA ***********

I requested an exam remark in January and paid for it, on the 4th of April I a got response but it was a blank attachment with no results, I have been emailing Unisa and also been blasting them on Twitter but still no response. The number on the blank results is unanswered I dont know what too do anymore with Unisa.
