UNISA INCOMPETANT

Wanted to register today for the year of 2016,I send my mother because I am near the Botswana border,they refused to talk to me over the phone,they didn't seem very keen to help my mother...when you call them the phone is ringing without answer...I was told I can't do practical work for Bed because I haven't complete modules,even though I have definitely complete them...they don't want to help and explain in understandable terms what do UNISA require from us....they told my mother if I want to be n chemistry teacher,I have to take 10 modules,I don't want to be a chemistry teacher..my modules are for biology and geography...and I'm in my 4th year.they don't know waht they are talking about,so how cab you help someone if you can't do your work probably!!!!!even the supervisor wasn't keen to help...I want to take another practical module,they said no I can't,then I have to many modules on third level,but if I don't take that module I don't get my degree...UNISA do not communicate and help its students.they told my mother I am the student I should go look on the website!!!!why can't you just help someone and everybody is happy because the work is done!!!!5 years for a four year degree!
