UNISA - Impossible to get hold of!

I have been trying to get hold of UNISA for 3 weeks! No one replies to emails, Call centre do not pick up the phone, all of the contact numbers on their website do not work (Call cuts off, Number no longer exists) What the actual!?!?!?!?! Do they not want or need my student fees?
