UNISA IGNORE THE PUPILS

I have been sending Unisa, for 2 years now, faxes, emails and posted certified documentation to fix my name on their system, to no avail.. I have also requested them to remove subjects from my profile, that I was registered for last year, that due to health reasons I could not write, so that I could register for the 1st semester this year... registration is closed and the subjects are still there. Also, last year I was registered for a subject where the study material was incomplete due to the lector leaving Unisa with the material, I cancelled the subject and requested a refund, because it was not my fault, and I'm not going to study what I have, and have no idea what they refer to all the time, its confusing, as I was advised to do, by the new Lector.. please Unisa bring the call centre back, the staff are wiping their behinds on the email requests.
