UNISA - Horrible Communication

My wife has been struggling for more than two months to get a hold of someone at Unisa. Emailing almost every department at multiple branches and also trying to call them with no success. Completely ignoring mails and no branch in South Africa are attending the telephones.

Something needs to be done in terms of communication. Waiting for completion of qualification in order to get a job. They are playing with the people's livelihoods with their lack of communication.
