Unisa helpline and online self service is useless

I have been requesting for a new my unisa password since yesterday morning and I have not even received sms that was supposed to be sent to my cellphone even today I have requested the password several times bt no response. I emailed my query to *** still no response, I tried to call I wasted my 30 min listening to unisa computer voice. Unisa is boring seriously
