UNISA head ache

Today I want to say thank you UNISA for pathetic service. We as students are just money making individuals. I am very disappointed in your finance dept. 1. The cancelation of modules and refund or credits I struggle since Feb to cancel 3 modules and to get refund or credit on my account. Numerous emails ,no assignments been done on this modules I explained in my email the study materials ws delivered late. You did not even bother that no assignments was written. 2. Invigilator app. We as students question UNISA to go on line with loadshedding and that the Invigilator app give problem since day one. This online examination is just a easy way for the institutions to make money. 2 modules where I was well prepared and I know I would get in both Distinctions. But due to UNISA have to register again becos my Invigilator app got a problem with my papers. 3. Acknowledgement of Debt. UNISA make provision for self funding student to fill in Acknowledgement of Debt form and make arrangements how to pay. Did that but the relevant dept did not even answer my emails. I'm owing my employer close to R17000.00 as I take study leave. Due to Debt on my account my results are withheld. Only thing is just to graduate and in future look for another institution on my learning journey
