UNISA hasn’t refunded me the partially payment I made towards my registration

I am honestly not happy with UNISA. I paid my registration fee partially and due to financial difficulties I couldn’t study this year. I just got an email stating that I have to register again next year. Now what happens with the amount that I paid. Hello Peter please intervene. My student number ***1 and contact details ***
