Unisa has the worst service ever

Yoh these guys seriously have no idea how to assist a possible student, their phones just ring you can never get through, when you email them you finally get a response maybe after like 3 days saying you need to chose the codes and so on for them to give you a quote, and then you finally do that and 2 weeks later you still get nothing, I'm looking to study with them but Yoh am so afraid that this is how they treat their students, or maybe they just don't need people to study through them cause they have enough money and 1 less person wouldn't make a difference with them.
