UNISA has the WORST FEEDBACK EVER!!!!

Absolutely worst service ever! Zero star rating. NO FEEDBACK and NO TELEPHONE LINES ARE WORKING!!! UNISA *****s years from a person's life just because they lack to provide feedback and theirs systems and processes does not work. I completed my BED degree in 2022 and still waits for my feedback on my final certificate to say I have completed my degree. I have app**** for Honours at various Universities and have failed their applications and missed all their registration dates due to UNISA's incompetence. NO ONE in UNISA can help me. There is no answer on ANY of the phone numbers on the website. Can anyone please help?
