UNISA has the worst everything

On the unisa website there are contact details, now these phone numbers seem to be useless because no one answers them or they are simply unavailable. I have dailed every number on ther entire website and other sources but it seems that these phones are broken. I have tried getting in contact with them for the whole day but it is always a loosing case, UNISA has the worst customer everything. Talking about the university of south africa....that is a very big disapointment., to add to this I almost guarentee that UNISA will not do anything regarding this matter. Absolutely pathetic.
