UNISA Graduations Department

My student number is ***0. I completed my degree in March 2021, I was asked a few documents for auditing and the last one I submitted around June 2021. I am based in East London and have been to the office for more than 10 times with no clear explanation. I have been calling and sending emails to the university but there is no response. I have asked them for a completion certificate or my qualification but there is no response. The last email I received in October said my case is being handled by Graduations. I am frustrated because I app**** for postgraduate and I also need my certificate. It's close to a year now of waiting. I saw a virtual graduation now in November but my name was not there. I wish someone could help me.
