Unisa giving me headaches!!!!

On 30/05/18 I was meant to write my INV3703 exam but when I got to the venue there was no exam paper, invigilator told me my paper was cancelled (I was the only one writing there).

Lecturer told me that it's the exam departments fault and a plan will be done for those who did not write due to Unisa messing it up...... to write the exam before the exam period ends (which is coming to an end soon) and I have sent emails to almost everyone at Unisa from SRC, Head of departments, Lecturer, Exam department but no one I mean no one can give me a straight answer..... Lecturer saying it's the exam departments responsibility, Exam departments saying it's the lecturer's fault.

I just don't know what to do anymore, no one seems to care!!!!! I am not willing to wait till next semester to do this module again, I was ready to write - it is them that decided not to send my paper not me!!!!!
