Unisa give me my golden sms

UNISA is a horrible school........ absolutely no communication. I finished in November 2022 and Unisa has refused to audit me and let me graduate. I got an offer to study with a condition of providing my official transcripts. I have until the end of this month to submit this or i loose my offer but unisa is not even communicating.... till now there is no single reply to me emails. They don't let me know what i need to do so i can get out of here. I don't need a ceremony anymore i just want my transcripts. I've sent emails and sent tweets and still nothing.. please help me get my golden sms from unisa
