UNISA FRUSTRATES!!

I am soooo absolutely frustrated with UNISA!! I requested my scripts in the beginning of Jan 2020 and to date have NOT received a response from them. They dont answer their phones no matter how many times i called. Is there anyone that actually work at that place. Can someone at least take pride in their work and their employer and do their Work help us students!!! They are truly frustrating
