unisa forcing people to break lock-down and go to the bank to pay fees. How ancient is this?

I cannot pay fees online because of the consistent website mess. We are supposed to be in lock-down but these unisa ***********s are forcing you to go to the bank. This is really pathetic. Another excellent institution destroyed.
