UNISA Florida - Useless

Website says they close at 4pm but at 3:30 they already closed. They claim to service only people inside but inside it’s empty so they just chilling and chatting. I understand during peak period of registration. Even the security at the gate said forgot, those ones are closed and in a hurry to go home. Useless staff, just wants to get paid for doing nothing.
