UNISA FIX YOUR MESS

I am a HC in Law (98751) student at UNISA. After the results were released late last semester i registered online two additional modules (CPD1501 and EUP1501) on 02 August 2019. The registration was successful and i made payment on the 6th August 2019. Till to date i haven't received study material and when i checked daily on MyUnisa it shows that the registration is in progress. I went to Sunnyside campus faculty of law to enquire and i was told I'm late why am I only enquiring now.

I have tried and exhausted all means possible to address this matter since I was committed on official duty as I'm a military practitioner. I have tried to communicate with the University on numerous occasions and platforms and it didn't bear any fruits. Today (20 Sep 19) I'm told that my registration appears on the system but why did i take so long to come and enquire about the matter. Here's my frustration, I'm told that my registration got blocked because I registered a module that is no longer offered (but if that is the case then why was it part of the modules i had to choose from? Why did the very system say my registration is successful and even today it shows that the registration is in progress without showing that there is a challenge?). Secondly, this semester was supposed to be my last to finalize this qualification but i have to wait again next semester next year for one module. Thirdly, the lady who was helping me was so arrogant and even asked me if i want a refund or what? All i want is for this mess by UNISA to be fixed. I can't be punished when i paid and followed all processes correctly and timeously.

Its unacceptable to be told that nothing can be done now cause its late. I'm deprived of my right to education, education that I'm paying for. All of this is because of some people who didn't do their job. UNISA fix this mess.
