UNISA Fees Paid on 25th September - No Allocation, No Response

Hello,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my UNISA fees.

I made payment for my tuition fees on *25 September 2026* To date, *no action has been taken* the payment does not reflect on my myUnisa account ,i have Sent more than 5 emails to the Finance department and other departments with no reply ,Tried calling the UNISA contact centre multiple times, but the system is always down / I am kept on hold,The last time I got through, the consultant who assisted me was extremely rude and dismissive, and still did not assist me. I have proof of payment ,since I am always at work I cannot go to the campus This is very frustrating as it affects my studies and I am at risk of being penalized for late payment despite paying on time.
