Unisa fees crime

I was a student at unisa from 2*** , I got the NFSAS bursary , it covered all my fees , recently I've been getting this message saying "WARNING! TW Mudzielwana, your credit score could be impacted if pmt is not made on UNISA acc 655.... O/S Bal R9695.00. Pay FNB Acc ***. HC ***. " I don't understand why I'm I owing such a huge amount while my fees were covered for .please help.
