Unisa fails to handover Degree certificate

Unisa, their study material is well organized and good, their lectures are good and supportive. But unfortunately this is where the goodness ends and the suffering begins. I completed my Honours degree a little over two years ago. Up untill now I was unable to get my certificate. No one can assist from the academic staff I was still able to contact. The local Unisa office failed me time and time again. No one responds. No one answers phones or e-mails. My R455 is stuck with them (glad its not R4550) and they failed to do the promised remark which means I still miss my degree with distinction with less than 2% on my last subject. It is just impossible to get to someone that can help, and if you think you find someone then you never hear from them. What a bad experience. You want to study there, think twice and collect phone numbers and e-mails from everyone, even the office next door. Then, hope for the best. Unfortunately I still would like my certificate.
