UNISA EXAMS OCT/NOV 2020 FIASCO

I have always heard horror stories about Unisa and at times i thought people were just over reacting and exaggerating until I became a student myself at Unisa. Now I come from UFS, and not to be bias but that institution has order and a well oiled system, just like most universities, the communication is impeccable and you always get your marks on time. I did my honors last year with Unisa and my experience has been daunting. I spent weeks asking for my assignment 3 marks long before we wrote exams in October. spoke to the lecturer who said she will sort it out but never did. I finsihed with my exams and I still dont have my marks and this will definitely affect my exam marks. I have never encountered such a university where students have to suffer just for the admin team to pick up their calls or department heads to reply to their emails. we wrote 4810 and the paper was traumatizing to an extent that we had to start an online petition which didn't even help us and we had tp endure that ********** paper, and though I am grateful that i passed (barely) I till believe that we were played.
