Unisa even ****a shops run better than your institution

This institution is a joke. Registered for a short program in december and waited for response. I hot response that i am accepted and I have to pay the fees. The course costs R6 500 normally, however unisa charged me R39 000 because i want to write my exam in Germany. I travel in between Germany and Port Elizabeth where i am from regularly because of work. I then write unisa and my email was forwarded to someone and have been waiting for over two months now. I them decided to go to unisa in Port Elizabeth to ask about this fee, i was told it’s a levy fee and asked them to break this levy down and the Lady couldn’t. This institution is disappointing and leave a bad taste.
