Unisa employees sleeping on the job

I wrote and passed my exams 8 months ago but to date I haven't recieved an official transcript, they have not updated my status on the my Unisa portal it still says 2019 FINAL YEAR STUDENT. I don't owe them a cent. I was doing a Postgraduate diploma in Public Administration and my student number is ***1.

They don't respond to emails and phone calls
