Unisa Durban is pathetic

Unisa is pathetic. I've registered at unisa and I've made a payment of R110 at standard bank last year September. On the unisa site my payment is reflecting however at the sametime it shows I have not paid the application fee, payment does not reflect. So today 14/01/2020 I decided to go to unisa hoping I would get my query sorted out but no. The workers at unisa is absolutely rude they are ****** they do not want to help after walking around unisa like I'm going crazy asking people for help eventually I gave up tell me how can I resolve my query if no one wants to help. Unisa is Digusting I do not advise anyone to study with unisa.
