Unisa dropping the ball

It is such a poor experience trying to navigate studies through UNISA! IT infrastructure is poor and unstable. There is an overwhelming lack of clarity and cohesion. Information is hard to find and buried in nonsense. No assistance or responses to emails sent requesting help. etc. etc. etc. If you have the patience and time to waste navigating student admin this might work for you but if you are a professional with a fulltime job you are better off finding an alternative. VERY BAD....I am sorry I ever enrolled. I hope this review can prevent someone from making the same mistake.
