Unisa double standards and not responsive

I was doing 3 modules and then cancelled a module. I paid R 3 700.00 as the minimum requirement for 3 modules. From the intital R3700, only R1545 went towards the 2 modules and R2155 went towards HRENV83.

So, I have been told that the R2155 is forfeited unless I do the module this year.

I have just spoke to another student who has deregistered and been credited the entire amount.

I am also required to pay R1500 by the 15 May 2020.
