Unisa dont wanna give me my relusts and I paid more than their modules cost

My Name is Ogomoditse Matseke ( ********** 3) I enrolled at unisa 2018 and paid R2445 for 5 modules then I decided ealier February to reduce my modules to 2 modules, which I canceled 3 then on the 12th March 2018 that's when I got a confirmation that the 3 modules were canceled and I never got repaid, I got the time table to write the 2 modules that I chose but after the exams they refused to give me the results claiming that I owe them R2025 which when I make an enquiry about they too don't even know what is it for and still refuse to give me my results, I wasted a whole year and I can't register till this day, I called many times speaking to different Call center agents all they say is that they'll get back to me and I'm still waiting can unisa just refund my R2445 which is more than their two modules or give me the results so I can register, please help
