UNISA dont care about their students with disabilities

I'm registered with UNISA and in my final year of studies. Last year I had a difficult year with the studies due to health reasons. I completed a semester subject for which I didn't have to write an exam. For my other subjects I completed the assignments but couldn't write exams as I was in hospital due to a disability.

I then got an email from them saying I must pay for the matric exemption certificate because I didn't write the exams. Then my studies were canceled. In January when i wanted to register I advised them aboutthe reason why I couldn't write. I was then advised that the suspension was lifted. However I had to pay for the matriculation exemption, because I couldn't write the exams due to my disability. I then also had to register again for subjects I was registered for instead of having to just pay for examination fees.

I also advised the dean of the college about the disability and that i have a difficulty to do practical secssions. I have sent proof of work in the industry. I have sent this in October last year. I still don't have feedback about this.

When I complained with the dean, I got the worst response ever, saying I must contact the finance department about the fees. She couldn't even forward it to the correct department advising to look into the complaint. About the subject, they said I will get feedback in this year. So they can't even tell me when. They have no care about you as a student.

I must even contact another department about the disability. They have just shown that they do not care about students with disabilities.
