UNISA doesn't respond in the week before application deadline, not to emails or phone calls

It is the day before application for admission closes and I have been phoning for an hour...I called the department of education in PTA, I phoned Bloemfontein office. There is no ay to reach them. I have tried over 6 different numbers now and I guess I will just have to not study, as my life is being placed on hold by their lack of communication. They also give wrong information, as I went to the office in the beginning of the year and was told that I would be able to apply to study for PGCE now (in April) where I cannot find that option on the website and it looks like the applications for that particular degree are not open....But if they would just answer their phones I could find out what is going on with all the confusion. I am shocked that they make it so hard just to communicate. I have also sent emails 4 days ago to 4 different email addresses and did not get any response, not even an automated one. I don't now what to do further but to bring the matter here. The application date cut off is tomorrow.
