Unisa doesn't have staff

I wrote exams 2017 November and Jan 2018. Still today I have not received portfolio marks submitted early November last year. I called lecturer several times with no luck. Some portfolio still show "resubmit" tab instead of closed. This means they haven't even bothered to mark. You'd swear no body works at Unisa. If I could afford any other institution I'd leave the ghost Unisa. Clearly they wont give time marking our scripts as they are now left with one day to mark trillion of scripts, audit and release results. I'm appalled by their pathetic service. I wouldn't advise anyone to study through Unisa
