Unisa doesn't even deserve a 1 star....

I am at the end of my studies, and this whole experience was hell. They NEVER reply to your emails, They NEVER pick up their telephones. The lectures are only read about in the TUTS, but if you contact them, they ALSO don't pick up their phones OR reply to your emails. I have spent hours in a day trying to reach anybody at Unisa, with no luck. I have 'CC' in everybody at a department, on various occasions, with NOBODY replying to my emails. Unisa is the worst........
