Unisa doesn’t comply with Refund policy

Unisa wont refund me , I have cancelled my modules before the 10 days 5th of February 2018 and send all the required documents it’s been more that 30 days but still haven’t received my money ,I have been sending emails plenty of times but I don’t get any response please help my student no ********** 3
