unisa doesnt care about their students

im so heart broken. i app**** at unisa in florida to do my post grad in marketing. i already had a national diploma from vaal university but unfortunately due to the fact that i obtained my diploma more than 5 years ago, i was then informed that i need to do a bridge subject before i can register for post grad. automatically my application was ammended and was registered to study the bridging subject. i received my results and i passed the bridging subject. i was so excited that i can finaly register for post grad. today i went to unisa in florida to register, i was there from 10 am & only managed to get assistance around 14:30 due to long queues of which they didnt bother me that much because at the end of the day,i would get what i want. unfortunate enough for me when i reach the counter, the lady who was helping me told me that i was supposed to re-apply while i was still doing my bridging subject for the post grad for 2016 and i didnt know that. i thought since im already studying there and i had made my chose of qualification i wanted to do, once i pass the bridging subjects i was advise to do,then il get access to register.i was then told to re-apply in august for 2017.crying
