UNISA doesn’t Care!

I am so horrified at the service Unisa provides. Not only does my daughter have to rewrite her exams because they leaked the paper, but they have marked her ABSENT for two other exams even though she has proof that she attended and that the exams were handed in. UNISA what will it take for someone to actually respond and assist to sort this out. Many have been copied but no one seems to take ownership. Do you even care and accept responsibility? THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE...
