Unisa does want give back my refund.

I am disappointed and dissatisfied with Unisa's administration and finance department. They failed to register me for a course, l made peace with that, but now they don't want to refund my hard earned money. I have submitted all the necessary documents for my refund to be processed but nothing has materialized, it's been over a month now l am still waiting for my refund. They don't answer their phones and they don't respond to emails, l am so fed up and thinking of taking legal action. It is so embarrassing for such a huge institution like that to behave in such an unprofessional manner.
