UNISA DOES NOT RESPOND

hello peter.<br> I am a registered student at UNISA for years. This year (2015) I registered for 1 annual course which I've paid in full. My circumstance has changed with family emergency and I need to cancel my unisa registration this year. The admin secretary of Psychology dept informs I can only contact registration department to transfer the course to 2016, so I don't have to pay next year, having paid this year already, but not able to do the course this year. Registration do not answer their phones, neither reply to emails. Please help.
