UNISA DOES NOT REFUND STUDENT CLAIMS

I have been trying to claim back a registration fee amount that is due to me from UNISA for over a year now. The claim process indicates that you send a claim form found online, as well as various supporting documents to the provided email address. The money should then be deposited to you within 15 working days. I have gone through that process 4+ times in the last year with no success. I only recieved an automated response the first two times. Phones are not answered and no responses are provided to emails. I now desperately need this money to buy new textbooks and for other things. I am very disappointed with the lack of empathy UNISA is showing to students especially during these hard times. I would expect a delay in the turn around time for claims, however there should not be a stop all on claims whereas the institution is still accepting fees from students. Not all students can afford to wait a year or more to be refunded. I hope someone can help me.
