Unisa does not deserve to be an institution

Unisa is quick to bill, but does not do the work. As soon as you requested service, you are billed. When you must get something from them, dololo, niks! No admin function really, takes months marking and releasing results, gives no feedback on queries, does not pick up calls, does not reply to emails. I would not recommend anyone to study here, unless they have absolutely no choice AT ALL.
