Unisa does not comply with their refund policy!

I have been communicating with them for refund but there is no help...

May I kindly request someone to take responsibility please. I really need the money for studies. According to the policy the refund process is supposed to be 15 working days and now its a full month. I sent the request on the 26th of February 2018.
